Inclusion@Work Index 2025-2026
February 26 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm AEDT
FreeWhat is the state of Inclusion@Work in Australian workplaces in 2026?
Join Dr Rose D’Almada-Remedios, DCA Head of Research, and Emily Tynan, DCA Research and Project Manager, to find out at the launch of DCA’s 5th Inclusion@Work Index.
The Index findings are based on a survey of 3,000 workers in Australia, and show once again that inclusion matters to workers, and that inclusive environments foster worker wellbeing and performance.
However, results also show some areas businesses need to do better in when it comes to diversity and inclusion, especially when it comes to inclusive leadership.
This webinar will explore the state of:
-
inclusion and exclusion at work in 2025-2026
-
inclusive leadership and how we can engage people leaders
-
support for diversity and inclusion in 2025-2026
